AMC Industrial Systems and Technical Services, Inc. ensures a safe and healthy workplace for its employees, conducive to greater productivity and work-life balance.

The Company is highly committed to continually improving its Occupational Safety and Health Management Programs, and to complying with all relevant government safety legislation, DOLE Department Orders, and requirements — preventing accidents that result in personal injury, illness, damage to equipment, material losses, or operational breakdowns.

Concern for construction, occupational safety, and health is a shared responsibility between the Company, its employees, and its suppliers.

All Directors, Project Managers, Team Leaders, and Employees are required to ensure that the Company's safety programs and practices are in place within their areas of responsibility. Care for the environment is likewise required wherever raw materials are applied to a project — waste disposal must align with all applicable environmental rules and regulations.

On every project site, we uphold:

• Compliance with DOLE-mandated occupational safety and health standards
• DOLE-accredited safety practitioners on our team, including trainors on BOSH, COSH, and Fire Pro
• Pre-project hazard assessment and construction safety planning
• Proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste in line with environmental regulations
• Ongoing inspection, certification, and auditing of mechanical and electrical utilities where applicable
